National Museum of Singapore
Zoom Into History
During the peak of the pandemic, museums around the world, including the National Museum of Singapore, were closed. How can a history museum keep itself relevant, when all people could think about was the lockdown? We put museum artefacts on a platform that everyone was on—Zoom. For the first time, you could dial into a Zoom meeting and speak with museum artefacts, hear their stories, and ask them anything from politics to their personality. Played by seasoned theatre and stand-up comics, every object delivered a unique story and responded to audiences in real-time.
